Do you take more than one pet?   Yes, we find that pet owners are very careful and we have had very few problems.  Just be aware that the halls and living rooms are carpeted and that there are sheep and hens around the cottages .  If you want to discuss any concerns, please give us a call so that we can address them.  We want you, and your pets, to enjoy your holiday.

Where are the nearest shops?   There is a Co-op store, a good butcher and other general shops in Jedburgh which is 12 miles to the north of Whitelee.  There is a bigger choice in Hawick about half an hour away including a Morrisons where you can also get reasonably priced fuel.

Will the big supermarkets deliver to the cottages?  Yes, Tesco call regularly to the cottages and to the farmhouse and the others will deliver here as well.

Do we need to bring towels?   No, freshly laundered bath and hand towels are supplied.

Do we need to bring anything?  Only your food, and yourselves!  Hopefully, everything else you should need is provided.
